Interesting article. Here's another article from Business Week a while back that features ROWE. Interesting to see the posts at the bottom of the BW article by former and current Best Buy employees and their thoughts.
I would imagine there will be many retailers paying attention to this test. I know at my company one of our biggest challenges is balancing labor dollars at the stores. If Best Buy's type of environment works, it could provide huge opportunities for monetary gains.
